Who We Support

Young people aged 16–21, moving toward independence

Every young person we support is preparing, in their own way, for a more independent future.

Who We Support

We may support young people who are:

Leaving the care system

Preparing for adulthood

At risk of homelessness

Unable to remain in their current accommodation

Moving on from foster care

Moving on from residential placements

In need of structured independence support before managing their own tenancy

Unaccompanied asylum-seeking young people, where appropriate

How Placements Are Decided

Every referral is assessed individually

Not every referral will be accepted. Placements depend on needs, risks and compatibility with the home and the people already living there. We only accept placements we can safely and appropriately support — and young people are involved in decisions about their own care wherever possible.
